Shipping & Returns
- All orders are shipped from Sydney via Australia Post or a courier company.
- Free shipping Australia wide. International delivers incur a shipping fee dependant on product weight. Please see listing description for further details otherwise shipping is calculated at the checkout page.
- All items in stock are dispatched within 1-2 business days, pending payment verification.
- Any items not in stock, depending on the item, have a lead time and it will be stated in the description.
- Once dispatched we will notify you via email.
- Delivery time is usually between 2-7 working days to all major capital cities (outer and rural areas may take between 7-10 days). Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
- International Delivery - We deliver internationally for most of our products. Please see product descriptions for further details otherwise please contact us if you have an international shipping request.
- If your package does not arrive after at least 10 working days, please contact us.
- Once an order has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Returns
- If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, quote your order number, the reason for your return and how many items you are wanting to return.
- We will only accept the return of our product if it is in its original condition and in it's original packaging. Proof of purchase/order number/receipt must be presented.
- No refund will be granted for any items returned not in their original condition and without original packing, proof of purchase/order number/receipt.
- Orders that are returned due to an invalid address will incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped.
